What was your inspiration?
The half double crochet stitch itself, and the the way it looks when worked in the back loop only. I also love anything that ties!
What are you most proud of?
The way the surface crochet brings the cowl to life!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Choose a yarn that is soft and comfortable to wear next to the skin. I think a yarn with a slight sheen is nice as well.
