I saw this online on Youtube. It's easy to do. Start with single crochets over the elastic (use the thicker ones) band and squeeze as many in as you can. Then, do 5 chains and make a single crochet in the next stitch. After that chain 4 and sc in each st around. Like I said, easy. And cute.
