What was your inspiration?
The space over my bed was horribly bare and I can't afford a headboard (nor am I handy enough to make one). Noticing that I had a huge canvas lying around I decided a painting would be a good option. I already had a vase of these paper flowers on my nightstand so I thought I'd continue the theme and put them on the canvas, since I'm not a particularly skilled painter.
What are you most proud of?
Folding all those roses! It took ages
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Fold more roses than you think you will need. And maybe actually research some painting techniques if you don't know them already.
