What materials did you use? Jamieson's Shetland DK

Thank you for sharing your finished project! What a great job! May I ask how long it took you, and how much you paid for the Jamieson yarn? I have spun and dyed my own, but have wondered what it would cost to buy enough materials.

Thank you so much, Sheena. I enjoyed the whole experience and love my vest. It took me a little more than four weeks to complete. It could definitely be done in less time..but with other obligations that's how it worked out for me. As for cost, you would need to plan about 5.95 per skein of Shetland DK...then do the math for your size. How special to make one from your own handspun, though! I've tried spinning and so far I can't seem to master it. I envy you. Good luck.
