Instructions

Make sure to use all layers of interfacing and batting so you have the structure in it. I forgot the batting, and mine turned out a little flimsy, though it is a lot bigger which might also make a difference. Easy pattern, came together quickly.

Materials

fabric, thread, light and heavy weight interfacing,

What was your inspiration?

I've been wanting to make these buckets for a long time, and when I needed a new toy basket for our living room I knew these would be perfect! :)

What are you most proud of?

How all of my quilting lines matched up!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Have fun and be creative with your designs! I used a quilt block for the back of my bucket and love how it turned out. Quilt blocks don't only have to be used in quilts!

Looks great Diane. Finding just the right combo of interfacings and battings can get a little tricky. The letters have been pieced beautifully!! Cheers, Karen
