Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun

Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I used the technique Kate Sullivan used on her tie-dye cake. The base the cake is resting on is made with gumpaste and the fondant flowers I popped out of wilton molds.

What are you most proud of? Placing all the panels around the egg without smearing the colors

What advice would you give someone starting this project? 1. Smaller fondant strips tapered at both ends will be easier to attach to the cake. 2. Also make the fondant thicker than you usually would, This makes it easier to handle. 3. Keep strips in the refrigerator until you need them. They dry out!

I'm so impressed that you did this on a 3D surface! Beautiful!
