What materials did you use? Printed cotton drill for the outer fabric, cotton print for the lining, iron-on pellon, plether trim belting for the pull-tabs.

What are you most proud of? That I shared a project with my daughter. We had fun looking for fabric and discussing trims. It was quite a quick project so we saw results quickly and she gets the fun of using the bag. I see future collaborations. I am also impressed with her choice of fabric and colours. Apart from suggesting the pink zip, I let her choose the materials she liked.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Before cutting your fabric consider if your print will be sideways when it is sewn up. Remeber that the zip needs to be sewn to the SHORT ends of the rectangle.

Adorable! I'm in love with that dog fabric! I'm glad you had fun doing the project with your daughter too. Perhaps you two should make a ruffled apron next? ;)
