I love this jacket. I have a black fleece cut work patterned jacket I purchased in England years ago, but the I side is ugh, grey/beige. In this class is there any way to give some kind of bright life to the inside of the jacket like this color so it has a pretty color in this class..? I urge hope so. It's my fave jacket. Now I'll have to look for such items at my local thrift shops. I love the way the quilting thread dyed lighter than the cloth. Is this an overdye? Was it manipulated in any way before adding the dye?

I love dying silk! Either with Procion or with Acid dye. I scrunched the jacket before dying. You can see from the lining that the original color was bright pink! The jacket really looks different now that I stencilled and discharged all over it. When I get a cord for my camera I'll post the new version.I go to my thrift store on Sundays looking for their $1 Specials!!!

This jacket looks very different now because I stamped and discharged all over it. I'll try to take a photo to show you.
