What are you most proud of?
This was the first wedding cake that I ever made start to finish and I am so proud of the fact that it looked exactly like the bride wanted it to and it tasted wonderful.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Anyone can make a wedding cake, but give yourself plenty of time to practice the recipes so they will be perfect for the final cake.
