Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. The same as my last project. I had these two shaped as large batards and placed in my refrigerator overnight. When I took them out this morning, they had over risen, and so I reshaped them. I'm sure I broke all the rules, but everyone raved about the taste. What the heck. Right?!

What are you most proud of? I don't really know what I'm the most proud of, I just know that this is a ton of fun!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? This project couldn't have been easier. I used dough that I'd already made from the day before (or was it the day before that). I reshaped it because it has over risen and was a bit of a mess frankly. I had fun using the scissors to cut the dough, and I was in too much of a hurry to do anything more than a boule with the other one. Therefore, the advice I would give is to go for it, and have fun!

The reason that I say it's not a very good one is because... Did you see Susan Casey's work of art?! Her Epee is to die for. It's an amazing work of art. Who wouldn't want her beautiful bread adorning their dinner table. Go Susan!

Your's is an amazing work of art as well. Especially making great bread out of potential disaster. As they say, everyone loved my worse loaf of bread.
