What was your inspiration?

Upon seeing the first one I knit, my sister loved it so much she purchased the yarn online and had it waiting for me when I arrived home.

What are you most proud of?

I adjusted the pattern and delighted the intented wearer.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

GIve yourself a good amount of light if you're going to knit dark colors.

Wow! Both are beautiful in their colors and very well done! I have just ordered my yarns for the same cape and am impatient for their delivery! Well done, twice over.

You can find the yarn at Knitpicks.com. It is their Chroma line in worsted weight. It's called Midwinter.
