What are you most proud of? Finally a bread texture that I tried to get for years.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be patient for the bread to rise in the pan. Because my room was not warm enough, it took more than 2 hours to rise.l It could have risen a little more.

It is so good that we have to limit ourselves. So, yes we have some left but I don't know for how long.

I haven't gotten to the enriched bread lesson yet, is it harder than the other parts?

No, I don't find that it is harder. I think it takes less time than all the other breads. Less steps. Also, it is less stressful because you can really manipulate hard and it won't affect it . If you would do the same thing with the French bread you would loose all that gaz in it
