What advice would you give someone starting this project? That's hard! Course of anatomy in 3 hours :) should've used chalk pastel and pastel pencils from the beginning... Probably will do the whole thing again with the better materials

Pretty nice drawing! The proportions are correct and all the muscles are in the right place. After having drawn this a few times as you are planning to do, try drawing from memory to see what you retained. It is a very good idea to draw and redraw the subject again and again, it is a very good way of learning and understand the body, the muscles, bones, proportions etc. in addition to become more and more proficient with various techniques. If next time you are going to use Pastels, draw fairly big, (about 18 by 24) it is going to be easier. Keep up the good work! Roberto
