Is the epoxy clay the main part in the pendant? How did you give it the mother-of-pearl look?

Hi JLD, In this pie e I used the clay only as an adhesive. It is mother-of-pearl held together by the clay. I have used the clay in other ways but in this piece, consider it "glue."

Very nice work! Love the vintage look and the technique sounds interesting. Where did you get the focal pendant?

02/08/2013 Flag

Thank you. I made the focal pendant with a scrapbook blank, mother of pearl rectangle beads, and a bar bead. Essentially, the focal consists of 8 parts, 6 mother of pearl beads, and the other two metal parts. Thank you so much for asking.
