What materials did you use? I used aluminum jump rings. They are 1/4" 16g

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Have patience. Start with a copper ring. Copper is softer and rings are easier to open or close. The starting point for this weave is the most difficult because if you don't keep it stable it will fall apart. If the link here is confusing you can go to Derakons Library. There is an awesome tutorial there for this one also.

I get most of my rings from New Realm on eBay. This link is for the bag I usually but. It's more than enough to make this bracelet and then some.

Very nice. I do so chain maille. Do you cut your own rings. I want to be able to do that.

I have cut rings before but I don't have a tumbler so I buy most from either New Realm or Blue Buddha

Check out pepetools for their jump ring cutting jig. It's not cheap, but you will be able to cut rings with ease. Buy a Chinese made flexshaft (cheap) and an inexpensive tumbler from Harbor Freight.

This is wonderful and your instructions for the design are so clear and look very easy to follow, I am an avid fan of chainmail but as yet haven't tried to make any but I think I will try one of your designs.... thank you so much for sharing

Please, please tell me where I can get directions for this gorgeous bracelet? I would so love to make one of these for my very own wrist!
