Instructions
To make Elmo, use pvc pipe and coat hanger wire for support. Make home-made rice krispy treats (RKT) and free form Elmo around the support structure. Allow to cool. Using red royal icing, 'crumb' coat Elmo and allow to dry. Using tip # 233, create the fur.
