What materials did you use? Cotton knit fabric, scraps of quilters' fabric, 5/8" satin ribbon, velcro, fusible web, stabilizer for applique, black embroidery floss, thread.

What are you most proud of? My first favorite thing is the satin tags attached to the burp cloths. My babies always grabbed onto my hair when they were on my shoulder and came away with mommy hairs stuck in their little hands. The ribbons should give a baby something soft to hold. I thought it was fun to add a burp cloth for the designated burper. Not all burpers are thrilled to toss something with flowers over their shoulder. :) I love my elephants. I bought several pieces of bright fabrics just two weeks ago thinking that I'd make a fun summer quilt from them. The inspiration for elephants came from a piece of baby fabric that's been in my stash for several years. I like the little guys so much that an elephant themed baby quilt will be my very next project and my new fabrics will get used quickly.

Very cute! Loving the built in fidgets for tiny fingers to coil---much better than hair or jewelry.

Hello there my friend 2 strings. I love the shape of the burp cloth-- what a neat idea. Its been a lot of years since I've done any sewing for baby and I don't remember seeing things this cute before. Beautifully illustrated and sewn. Your original art work beats MS every day, all day long.
