2 days before made the pink elephant with gumpaste and the letters.
Baked cake, let cool.
Covered the cake with buttercream.
Pipped dots and flowers
Placed elephant and name on top of the cake

To make the elephant i molded some gum paste in a pear shape, then made the arms and the legs and glued them to the body. For the head i started shaping a ball, and then slowly shaped out the nose. The ears are two circles, one smaller white on top of the pin one, also glued to the head. The head was heavy after attatching the ears so i used toothpics to stabilize it.
