Napoletana pizza dough, roasted eggplant slices, sauted baby Bella and shiitake mushrooms, fontina cheese and a drizzle of white truffle oil after pizza came out of the oven.

Thank you. Next time I will use Peter's favorite pizza sauce. The crust was great but pizza was a little dry. Practice makes perfect :)
