What was your inspiration?

My boyfriend's father loved the Rock T-shirt quilt I made for him, so we decided to make him a smaller version in his favourite hockey & football team t-shirts for Christmas.

It's a rag quilt made out of t-shirts... I wrote down more detailed instructions on my project posting for the rock shirt quilt.

What are you most proud of?

The fact that I HATE his sports teams and made it through the process of making this thing at all... hahahaha... no really!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

The t-shirt material can be a bit stretchy to work with.

Could't do it - I'm a Calgary Flames fan!! But it looks lovely and a great idea. I have a ton of old t-shirts from my nursing school days in Calgary and have been looking for the right idea and this is it. TX for posting.

Haha.. I was born and raised here in Calgary.. it really killed me to make this quilt... the only joy I got was being able to cut parts of it into a million pieces ...

That's really cool! Have you ever made a matching T-Shirt pillow to go with them?
