Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I used a pattern from Martha Steward's website for the broaches in the center of the dogwood flowers. I used Jessica Harris's class for the silver leaf. I used the Moroccan lattice onlay from Marvelous molds.

What are you most proud of? The dogwood flowers.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? You can not be a perfectionist when it comes to the silver leaf. You have to be ok with the rustic (messy) look.
