What was your inspiration?

I saw a presentation by Laura Wasilowski, then bought one of her books, Fusing Fun. I see she is teaching a Craftsy class now, with embroidry added and I highly recommend it!

What are you most proud of?

I made this for my 15 year-old granddaughter, Haley, who plans to be an oceanographer and especially loves dolphins. I bought a pattern several years ago (don't have it now and can't remember the name) that was for a 12 inch block. I enlarged the pattern and made the wall hanging and it did turn out beautifully!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Take Laura's class!
