What was your inspiration?
My mom is a knitter and has a bunch of drawstring bags for each of her knitting works in progress.
What are you most proud of?
The easy casing and contrasting trim up top.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
If you're decorating the outside of the bag, do that on one of the outside panels first before sewing the bag together. Have fun choosing contrasting fabrics. Don't sew on top of the ribbon when sewing the casing down. Enjoy!
