What was your inspiration?

Kimberly Einmo was my inspiration but I wanted to know what the Easy jellyroll Lonestar looked like if it were floating.

What are you most proud of?

I love the floating effect.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Measure, measure, measure!! My points aren't perfect but hopefully with practice, I'll get there.

I love how the white diamonds disappear so the aqua diamonds stand out. Have you ever notice that houndstooth looks kinda like cats?

It's so cool how you swirled those houndstooth diamonds around in a circle! Very effective!

Thank you so much Cynalah. Don't worry about the typos, it's too bad we can't edit our original comments, I've done it before too. ;D

Outstanding.... the blocK feels so airy! I just love it! As previously mentioned, I love the spiral effect created by the houndstooth fabric! Thanks for the inspiration.

Light, airy, has an an etherial quality to it. The houndstooth almost seems to spiral. Mesermizing and so peaceful. Interesting take on this quilt. Very nice!
