What was your inspiration?
The eagle ferathers. I finally stumbled onto how to paint realistic eagle feathers. Two footers! They look real from two or more feet away!
What are you most proud of?
The feathers and the beadwork coming togeather to a complete fan.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Take your time. Gourd stitch beadwork is addictive. When you getgoing, you can't stop! That's when you make mistakes.
