What is exciting or interesting to you about your photo(s)? It was my first visit to Bombay Beach in Salton Sea, Southern california. I really enjoyed putting everything together What I learned from this class

Can you tell us about any special equipment or techniques that you used? Sony A99V DSLR w/ f2.8 Carl Zeiss 16~35mm wide angle, manual settings such as w/ white balance in shade and long exposure for taking sunset pictures, and tripod.

What are you most proud of? The first image w/ people was bigger picture cause I took the shot from pretty far distance away. I didn't like the some elements which don't make good composition. So I cut out some over the edges to make it really nice. I think cropping is a necessary technique which makes your pictures even better! And I am proud of using that cropping tool in Lightroom 5 for this picture. For the second image, I included the standing power pole on the left, and it create a sort of three dimentional look in which with the side edges on the left receding to a single point on the right. Without the pole, This image must be a plain dusk following after sunset on the Bombay Beach.
