What advice would you give someone starting this project? We are making another next for my friend...use good duct tape, harder foam pieces for the bust area so they don,t compress.Don,t forget to breathe!!

The first one I made years ago... I used an old long t shirt, and this stuff I found in the office supply store- was like paper grocery bag with stamp adhesive on it. You had to get it wet, and taper/cut it to match certain shapes, but you could do 1-2 layers, let it dry (15-20 mins) cut it off, and then do another layer, and then you didn't have to stuff it! I like the idea of the insulation expanding foam though- if you did it slow and filled it really carefully, you could cut the outside off once it set up completely!

I made one of these once when I was by myself. I taped myself too tight and couldn't cut myself out of it. I panicked and couldn't breath! I envisioned myself calling 911 and having EMT' s laughing hysterically while they removed the form. Luckily my husb came home just before I made the call and removed me from my dilemma. My advice... always have a friend close by. :)
