Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Stupendous Stitching: Adventures in Surface Design »

Instructions

This is as far as I have gone on my project. Tomorrow I'll add some stitching. I got my 50 spools of thread so have lots of colors to choose from. The wieght is 40 but I think it is good for doing this project.

Category: Embroidery

Type of item: Home Decor

For: Girls

Style: Casual

Materials

walmart cotton, and hobby lobby stuff

What was your inspiration?

I think, seeing what other people are doing with this course.
This is my test project as I am keeping my favorite colors for when I am practiced a bet more.

What are you most proud of?

The lady bugs in the center of my piece. I love lady bugs and I got them at hobby lobby in Billings Mt. I live in Canada. Also I used lime green in this piece (that is the sparkly thing on your right).

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

It is a good idea to make a practice piece as zigg zagging over things looks easy; but is a skill I need to practice.
