Here is the photo of my completed dressform. It wasn't as hard as I expected. I couldn't find a tshirt long enough so I just added fabric to the bottom of the shirt. To support the dressform I purchased an IV pole with wheels from Amazon.com $22. I slit 3 papertowel cores down the side. I stacked one on top of the other then slipped it over the top of the pole (the part where the IV bags would attach to) Then I just slipped my dress form over the pole. That way the paper towel holder supports the shoulders. Then I taped up the back with more paper tape. I also reinforced any areas with more paper tape, that didn't feel sturdy enough. I was going to close up the armholes and neck but you will need them open to be able to raise and lower the pole depending on what part of the garment you are working on. The whole process took about 2 hrs. max. I plan to cover the whole form with a fitted canvas or knit cover. I have been wanting to make one of these for a while but thought it wouldn't work out. I couldn't be happier with it. Everyone should really give it a try!
Photo Update:
I decided to cover my form with batting then a Lycra cover.
