What materials did you use? Paint, wax...

What are you most proud of? Recycling and revitalising furniture that may otherwise have ended up in landfill

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Good base by light sanding followed by acrylic fast drying primer undercoat and you can't go wrong. This was painted, distressed/ sanded and waxed..

Love it! What brand of primer do you use? I've been using Zinsser Bulls Eye 1 2 3

That's expensive! I use that when I transform kitchen doors which are melamine! It's excellent but on wood I use the Leyland fast drying acrylic primer undercoat in one - it goes on and dries ready for re- painting in no time so makes projects quicker to complete..
