I used scraps from a quilt that I made for my mother last year for her birthday.

What was your inspiration?

Somebody else posted a picture of a dresden table runner that they made and it gave me the idea.

What are you most proud of?

I wanted to make my mom a gift for her Birthday which is today. Just started the project yesterday and was able to whip this up fairly fast.

This is so beautiful... I too made a quilt using the blue selection of this pattern. Im actually incorporating left over pieces in some of my BOM's:). Btw lovely idea of the table runner.

That is really beautiful. I liked this block, I think I am going to make a runner for my table too. It's a round table, so the block would be perfect without the background perhaps. Nice colors on yours

Good idea. I think it would look really nice in the middle of a round table.
