What are you most proud of? my QUILTING! This was my first time using a long-arm (mid arm) machine. I took a lesson with my long-arm quilter on a machine she has. There's about 5-6 inches of space you can quilt and the machine moves just like a long-arm. I used some stencils and love the way it turned out. It did take a lot longer than I expected though. Lining up the stencils takes a lot of time, especially when you have to do it for each corner like I did.

This is lovely - and I think your quilting is excellent. I've just started making a very similar Dresden Plate quilt for my great-granddaughter, Liily, who is now 2 years old and out of the cot and into her first "grown up" bed. I hope it will turn out to be as nice as yours!

I just love this! Your quilting is inspirational. I'm in the midst of a Dresden quilt myself and you've given me some great ideas for the negative space. Wonderful work!
