What materials did you use? Cotton batiks and prints

What are you most proud of? Finishing the quilt! This is the largest project I have attempted thus far. I also love how the corner stars and flying geese borders work well with the dreamweaver blocks.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I wouldn't necessarily recommend for beginners. Take Peggy's course and make some practice stars. Unless you have experience with free-motion quilting, keep the machine quilting linear. The woven sashing was easier than I thought it would be, but precise cutting, 1/4 inch seams and proper pressing are a must to get the seams to match.
