What materials did you use? Quilt-weight 100% cotton. These blouses are a teaser...I won't have time to put on the buttons soon, so I thought I'd post the (slightly) unfinished version now.

What are you most proud of? Finally learning how to do a FBA! And getting over my fear of buttonholes (my last sewing fear after conquering my zipper phobia!).

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make a muslin to check fit first!

Great job! So glad you got over the fear of the FBA and button holes! Well done.

Very nice I like both fabrics.

Beautiful. Love both blouses, nice fabric choices! Please post pictures of you with them on when you have had a chance to finish the buttons. It is great to be able to "check off" items like zippers and buttonholes once you learn some of the tricks!

Your blouses are so pretty. Congratulations on your new sewing skill -the buttonholes. Keep challenging yourself and trying new things.

Very ambitious of you to make two blouses. They are very pretty.
