Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: 8" Chocolate sponge with chocolate Ganashe, 7" tall, decorated with gum paste flowers.
What are you most proud of? My hobby is butter cream flowers, but once started online classes (sugar flowers)I couldn't stop. I loved it but I need more practice for better results.
