What was your inspiration?
I made this for a friend's daughter that was participating in a baby pageant. The blouse underneath is actually a onesie with a snap crotch. I did a lot of research online looking for the famous Dorothy dress. This was as close as I could get. It was a pretty good reproduction. At least for an 8 month old. Mom's sister found killer red sequin shoes! The hair I actually found at Claire's, braided it, hot glue gunned it to a small headband and added little lollipop cabochons at the ends. My little touch;)
