What was your inspiration?
My sister and I make these. Everyone who sees them wants a pair. They are really cozy and warm. I had to make my grandchildren a pair so they would leave mine alone. I call them Dormitory Booties because they are perfect for that going away college student. My grandson, Travis, ordered his up in his school colors. Check them out at my Etsy.
What are you most proud of?
They look good no matter what yarns are used.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Simple crochet stitches are used for these so there is no big mystery.
