What was your inspiration?
Chris (my boyfriend) inspired this simple design. He's a huge fan of hats (lucky for me!) and was getting a little bummed when the weather started getting too warm to wear the winter hats I'd made. I found this yarn (Rowan Summer Tweed) and immediately got to work designing a simple, guy-friendly slouch hat. He loves the material and says it feels nice and light.
What are you most proud of?
That I was successful in my goal of making Chris a Spring slouch hat that he loves.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't bother with stitch markers. They only slow ya down on this one.
