...Went to walmart,bought a plain white linen apron in the craft dept.After deciding what I wanted to paint on it I used white craft paint , and painted the front of it. After drying time I cut out the size banner I wanted and chose what I wanted it to say. I then traced the main part , painted it and then did the wording....freehand. I used the neck of the apron for the hanger, then on one of them I frayed the edges, On each one I sewed a seam at the top and bottom big enough to put the dowel through. Nice thing about these , being on the front door, as the sun fades it you can repaint them. I used a sharpie marker for the wording!!!!

What was your inspiration?

I bought a little banner at a store that was closing. I took it home , and the more I looked at it , I realized I would like to have some on my door for the different seasons. So , I did it!

What are you most proud of?

.....everyone asks me where I got them!!!!!!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

....think outside the box in everything you do!
