What materials did you use? Mid-weight fabric for the waistband and ties, Heavier Home Dec fabric for the apron skirt and bodice, Iron-on woven cotton interfacing for the pockets and waistband, Frixion pen to mark pleats and pocket placement and matching thread.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Hold the pattern up to check the length before you cut anything out. Mine ended up longer than I wanted. The hem will take up about 1 inch and remember that it is super easy to make this apron any length you want. In my case it was easy to fix but if it had ended up shorter than I wanted, that would have been not as easy to remedy.
