What are you most proud of? I adapted the star to the size I wanted, not to mention gaining confidence in using stencils!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Fun doing little projects!

How much fun is this! I love how you crossed your designs over the seam lines...this adds lots of interest and movement...good job! I'm a fellow dog lover too...I can totally relate. :)

Thanks Cindy, I needed to keep the quilting simple and light so this was a perfect way to keep me under control LOL. I EBS'd it too ;-) I so want to get stuck in to my lessons tho... sounds like a new years resolution in the making eh?

Thanks heaps Desna! Stencils are a great way to gain a bit of confidence in your FMQ but this course takes you way beyond stencils. They're a great base tho! Use em or lose em.... to me LOL!

love this one too, but i imagine my dog would have other ideas. He still likes to chew. we have come up with that he has the idea, that i make pretty good quilts, now lets see if my 'mum' can repair them as good, hehe

Ha ha Caraline, I think you have your dog sussed well! Finn is a chewer of toys & his basket but so far he hasn't chewed his quilt... or at least I haven't been told LOL.
