What was your inspiration?
I was given one of these and it was very poor quality. Fell apart and the zipper broke (my husband was walking the dog at the time).
I was lost without it, always need a plastic bag when you take your best friend for a walk. It is easier to remember them when you have one of these clipped to the lead - just refill it with recycled plastic bags (bread bags, vegetable bags, plastic shopping bags etc.
What are you most proud of?
Everyone wants one! Even the Vet! My husband says I should make them and sell them. I have already had several orders from friends just from putting up a photo on Facebook last night!! I don't have that many Facebook friends!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just take it slow. I now have two. I am making a couple more for friends. I may make some in different fabrics and colours to suit the dogs!!
Make some for a fundraiser for your child's school or sports club! Get together with friends and churn some out, any excuse for a get together!
