I made this pattern myself - and have had it for many years - it has 3 sides and two handles - one on each end. This pillow is to help cradle your head when sitting in a chair - or relaxing on the couch. You may also use it while sitting up in bed or lying on the floor.
There is a handle attached to each end to use on the back of a chair rail/post to hold it in place so it won't slip down when you move around or stand up.
Different fabrics are shown here on the various pillows.

This measures 14" across (long) from tip to tip and 8 " wide - from tip to tip and stands 7" tall.
It is machine washable - in cold water - delicate cycle. I recommend placing it in a pillowcase and tying it or placing a rubberband around then end of the pillowcase before washing. it would be best to let it dry in the sun.
