Instructions

I need to swatch this again with extra increases so that I can fit a full repeat in--it looks a bit wonky with the edge cut off. I also didn't think the increases for the border pattern through, so the overall shape is a bit funny.

I only know how to knit. I have often thought that a lot of the crocheted things looked prettier than knit ones (completely personal taste, I love the rounded look of so many crocheted pieces, whereas knitted looks frequently more blocky -square to me). Obviously, there are beautiful knitted stitches and lace, but anyway, back to my point: your work makes me say that knitting is absolutely beautiful and can do anything!
