Category: Cake Decorating

Type of item: Food

For: Unisex

Style: Whimsical, Retro / Vintage

Materials

I baked 7 cakes, used 2 support dowels through the entire cake, and foam wedges and base.

What was your inspiration?

The Bride and Groom challenged me with a picture by artist Will Cotton. One of his sculptures was my inspiration, I just adapted the idea for their event.

What are you most proud of?

I am most proud of the fact that it made it to the event without toppling over, it was actually quite stable. I am also proud at how well and easy it went together, all the tedious planning really paid off!
