What was your inspiration?
The colors in the Swarovski Rivolis and the flash of those stones just seem to tell me what color they want to surround them to make a splash! I am so fascinated with grays and silvers right now and the fact that there is not a single color that doesn't look good with a deep charcoal gray or smoke gray satin finish. I have place to make a lot of stuff with those tones this winter.
What are you most proud of?
The netting around the rivoli was difficult ans the first one I started I totally messed it up but couldn't see where so when I started the second time around I was worried I would repeat the same mistake but I got it and that made we fell real good. The color combo worked out better than I thought too.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have patients with those tiny 15/0 and the netting, the instructions might need to be read more than once.
