Instructions

I used Patons Lace in Midas, the entire skein, for this project! This might be my "girlfriends gift" when Christmas comes! It's a bit fiddly to join in the beginning, but well worth the effort!

Difficulty:

Category: Crocheting

Type of item: Accessory

For: Women

Style: Traditional, Casual, Retro / Vintage, Funky, Cute, Hipster, Whimsical, Romantic, Mod, Classic, Outdoorsy

Materials

acrylic, mohair, wool blend yarn

What was your inspiration?

I had some Patons Lace waiting for me to make a shawl out of! I saw this pattern on a blog, Susan B. Andersons, of Itty Bitty fame, and had to give it a try with the Patons!

I love this yarn, I was making a shawl out of it but for some reason the sides aren't even so I am takin git out. Maybe I should make something else out of it. Thanks for the idea

I love this yarn too! The cowl is so easy to make, but I would start with fewer chains on the next ones as I feel it's a bit droopy! I would like a smaller diameter for around my neck! Thanks for the note.
