What was your inspiration?

I always liked the look of subjects in focus and background blurred.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

If you can afford it, get a good DSLR camera as these have larger sensors than point and shoot cameras. The Canon Rebel EOS T3 is under $400 and there are many others older models that can be found on ebay.

Thanks! You can do it too! There are a ton of photography lessons on youtube. And if you have a local photography studio that offers classes, take those too.
