What materials did you use? Denim from me/my boys old jeans, upholstery fabric samples, brown suede from an old pair of trousers that no longer fit!

This was one of my first 4 projects at my machine. I learnt loads! Tara is great! I had problems with the binding mostly which got better when I figured out moving my sewing machine to the corner of the table and removing the broadest part of the sewing bed.....still my project is really quite less than perfect, being a newbie to so many elements of Tara's lessons. But it is finished!!! Yayyyy!! And it is completely OOAK (One of a kind :-})

What a cool idea. Love your denim bag. Sure gave me something to think about.

I love it! It's a huge project to tackle for one of your first! Enjoy your machine!

Thanks! I love a challenge! ;-) But you made it seem so easily achievable that I was not at all put off and really enjoyed learning everything you presented. And I love my bag too. Congratulations on a great class!
