HI jenny. I had copied your chocolate cake I am not a chocolate lover but my ex is.. when I gave him this three tier chocolates cake he eyes open. when I left him he ate it and stated wow wee that was great . he is my taster. loves sweets and he stated his tummy was a smiling. thanks for all your ideas Debi

Hi Jenny, Is it ok to use normal all purpose flour (not unbleached)or cake flour for this chocolate cake receipe?If possible could you send me a yummy chocolate butter cream receipe for this cake? Do you think the chocolate buttercream receipe will blend well with this dark chocolate cake receipe?I m yet to find a good chocolate buttercream receipe.Thanks

Jenny, this raspberry frosting is so easy to make but so ridiculously awesome! I piped it on top of my cupcakes with a disposable piping bag with no tip and a large opening. Worked great :) Honestly, I was eating the little bit that was leftover on anything I could find in the house that I thought would taste good with it! ha ha.
